    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup Flaxseed Meal
    1/2 cup oats
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/3 Cup Canola Oil
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    1 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    1 medium size ripe banana peeled and mashed
    1/2 cup applesauce


Beat the eggs in a bowl, add slice banana and mash, add the rest of the ingredients except blueberries and mix up (I just used a whisk). Then fold the blueberries in the batter.

I used minimuffins with the liners and it made 46 total muffins. Bake at 350 degrees fro 15 minutes.

Calories are per one mini-muffin.
