    16 oz blue crab, backfin
    1 egg
    t Tbsp yellow mustard (to taste)
    .33 c mayonnaise
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp + Old Bay seasoning
    2 Tbsp olive oil + 2 Tbsp. butter


Combine all ingredients except olive oil and butter. Shape into 8 patties. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Fry each crab cake patty in oil/butter mix about 7 minutes each side, until crispy brown. Serve immediately.
NOTE: Crab cakes can be broiled if preferred. If done, you can remove the calories for oil and butter about 50 calories per crab cake.
