    * 20 oz - Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork,
    * 1 cup - White Wine,
    * 2 cup - Water, tap,
    * 1-2 tsp - Pampered Chef Crushed Peppercorn & Garlic Rub,
    * 4 med. - Red Potato, peeled and quartered
    * 8 med. - Baby Carrots, raw,
    * 1 cup - Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
    * 1 lg - Sweet potato, cooked, cut into small pieces


1. Preheat the electric roster oven to 350F.
2. Pour wine and water into the bottom of a 9x 13 metal pan. Add the pork loin and roll it in the wine, getting all sides covered.
3. Sprinkle the meat with seasoning; flip and season other side.
4. Add vegetables and stir to coat with liquid.
5. Roast the pork for about 1 hour until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
6. Turn pork occasionally; stir vegetable to keep moist.

4. Cut loin into serving pieces. Enjoy with vegetables!
