Ingredients

    4 - Tyson Chicken Breasts (thawed)
    2 - extra large eggs
    2 Tbsp honey
    1 cup - whole wheat flour
    1 cup - Italian Style bread crumbs

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour and bread crumbs.

Beat eggs and honey together. Dip chicken pieces in egg and honey mix. Roll in flour and bread crumb mixture.

Pan fry. Serves 4 - 6
