Introduction

Ingredients

12oz Lean hambuger meat
3 Slices of reduced calorie wheat bread ( I use White
Wheat) torn into small pieces.
1 Small onion chopped
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 tsp worchestershire sause
1/4 Cup of eggbeaters
1/4 Cup of fat free milk
2 Tbsp Catsup
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Spray 9" X 9" baking pan with pam. Preheat oven to 400.
In a medium bowl combine hambuger, bread, onion, dry mustard, and salt.
Add Horseradish, worchestershire, eggbeaters, and milk until blended well.
Divide mixture into 3 equal balls. Shape balls into oval loaf shape and place in prepared pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Squeeze catsup in a line in the middle of each meat loaf. Bake for additional 10 minutes.
If baking frozen meat loafs cook for 30 minutes and spread on catsup. Bake additional 10 minutes
