    125 gr frozen raspberries
    5 gr wheat bran, 1.5 TBLSP
    125 gr 0 % cherry yogurt, or plain, or other
    1TBLSP unsweetened baking cocoa
    flavored iced tea or sugar free cranberry juice as necessary for consistency


Put everything in a blender and blend until desired consistency, adding iced tea or sugar free cranberry as needed.
