Ingredients

    Rice Select Rice Blend Texmati White, Brown, Wild & Red- 1 cup dry
    Beans, red kidney, 15.5 oz can
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added,15.5 oz can
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 15.5 oz can
    Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Roasted Red Peppers, 0.5 cup
    Dried Basil, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Saute Garlic and onion flakes in olive oil. Add water and rice. Cook rice according to instructions. Once it is cooked fully, add canned ingredients and other spices. Cook until heated through.

Serve with yogurt on top, shredded cheese, or as is.
