    1 mango, peeled and diced up
    1/2 medium red pepper, finely diced
    1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
    3/4 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 medium sized fresh jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
    1 lime, juiced
    a dash of salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate. The more you let it sit, the more intense the flavors get. Best if you make a day ahead of time.
