    1 box of your Favorite Whole Wheat Pasta
    20 oz. Extra lean White Turkey
    6 oz Reduced fat Crumbled Feta Cheese

    - FOR SAUCE-

    1 Can Low Sodium Diced tomatoes
    1 Can Tomato Paste
    1/2 Cup Grated Carrots
    1 tablespoon of ground Cinnamon
    1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tbsp. oregano


Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees

Boil Pasta
Brown Lean Turkey

In a seperate bowl,
Mix diced tomatoes, tomato paste , and grated carrots together.
Stir in Cinnamon, oregeno, and Italian seasonings.

After noodles are done and meat is cooked Strain pasta and place in rectangle pyrex baking dish.
place noodles on bottom of baking dish.
Scatter cooked turkey evenly over pasta.
Sprinkle 6 oz. Feta cheese evenly over top.
Place covered in oven for 10 minutes (so sauce can warm up and cheese won't burn)
Remove foil after 10 minutes and place uncovered for the next 10 minutes.

*Feta cheese does not melt like regular cheese so don't look for that to tell if its done*

Serves about 8.
