    1 can 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes with Juice
    1 can 16 oz. low sodium Chick peas (Garbanzo Beans)
    1 can 16 oz Large Butter Beans
    1 can 16 oz. Reduced Sodium Pinto Beans
    1 can 16 oz. Great Northern Beans
    1 can 15.5 oz. Black-eye Peas
    1 can 15.5 oz. Light Kidney Beans (red)
    1 tsp. Finely minced garlic
    1/3 cup dehydrated minced onions
    2 cups of chopped baby carrots
    18 oz. chopped beef steak


Place left over beef steak or beef serloin tips in bottom of crock pot add seasoning carrots and beans cook on medium setting for four hours.
