Chicken salad with a kick! Chicken salad with a kick!
Number of Servings: 6


    3 Chicken Breasts (boneless skinless)
    1/2 Large Red Onion
    1/2 Bell Pepper
    6 tbsp Reduced Fat Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
    3 Tsp Spicy brown Mustard
    Red Pepper (fresh) * As many as you desire. I used 2 large
    Mrs. Dash Chipotle Seasoning
    3 Low Sodium Chicken Bouillon Cubes


Boil chicken breast with a 3 low sodium chicken bouillon cubes
* Cool in the refrigerator for about an hour
* Chop in very small pieces.
* Chop Veggies.
* Mix all ingredients together.
* Enjoy!
