Introduction

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp, vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Line an 8-inch brownie pan with foil.
Place peanut butter chips and 2/3 c sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes until chips are melted and smooth. Stir in 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread evenly into pan. Place remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in bowl. MIcrowave 1 1/2 minutes until melted. Stir in 1/2 tsp. vanilla; spread evenly over peanut butter fudge layer.
Cover; refrigerate until firm, approx 3-4 hrs.
Once cooled, place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into squares. Store in air-tight container. Makes 4 dozen.
