    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mini Potatoes (approx 4), 372 gram(s)
    Split Peas, 2 dry cups (5 cooked cups)
    Chicken bouillon, 5 tsps
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cups
    Water to cover


Rinse peas and put in large stock pot, fill pot with 3/4 with water, add a pinch of salt. Bring water to a boil and reduce to a simmer, simmer for an hour. Add remaining ingredients (excluding spinach) to stock pot and add water if necessary and continue to simmer for another 50 mins. Add spinach and simmer for 5-10 mins (only until spinach is wilted).
