Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Crushed Tomatoes "Great Value" (entire 28 oz can),
    bell peppers 2 large
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1TBL
    *Italian Herbs, 2TBL

    * you can add more of less herbs to taste

Directions

In a large sauce pan over med heat add Crushed Tomatoes
Slice bell peppers in to 1 inch strips add to sauce
Rough chop onion add to sauce
Once sauce comes to a boil reduce temperature to LOW and cover for about 30 or until veggies are soft
Stir often
When Veggies are soft pour mixture into a food processor add in you seasonings and garlic.
Mix to desired thickness
Water may be add to thin out if to thick but add a little at a time
.5 cup is a serving
