Ingredients


    Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potato is about 5oz) use 20 oz
    Onion, raw 1/2 cup chopped, 0.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Directions

Wash and cube potatoes. Slice onion, coat roasting pan with olive oil, coat potatoes and onions in oil, add spices, cover, and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
