    2oz Whole Wheat Orzo - Delallo Organic
    1/3 C. Cucumber (with peel), diced
    7.06oz package starkist chunk light Tuna
    1/3 C. Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced
    1/4 C. Onions, raw, diced
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Lemon juice
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/2 C. canned white (cannelinni) beans, drained and rinsed


Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain, add all other ingredients. Cover and chill one hour.
