Ingredients

    Lightlife Organic Wild Rice Tempeh, 226 gram(s), cubed
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves crushed
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Peanut oil, 1 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, reduced to 2 tbsp

Directions

Prep time is up to 75 minutes (or longer), depending on how long you feel like marinading your tempeh.

Mix olive oil, soy sauce, reduced balsamic vinegar garlic & ginger in a flatish dish. Add tempeh and mix until it all cubes are coated. Leave for 20 minutes to an hour (or longer), occasionally stirring and coating.

Heat up peanut oil in a pan/wok. Once it is quite hot, add the tempeh. Add some vegetables once the tempeh is almost done and you have a nice stir fry.
