Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 LB Ground turkey
    1 TBSP Soy Sauce
    1/3 cup Flaxseed
    1 TBSP Pickled Ginger, Chopped
    1 TBSP Wasabi
    2 cloves minced Garlic
    1 large egg
    2 cups cooked Brown Rice
    1 TBSP olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for oil. Form into 1" balls. Bake on a cookie sheet coated in cooking spray at 350 for 20 minutes or saute in 1 TBSP oil until cooked through. 1 serving = 7 meatballs. Recipe yields 6 servings or 42 meatballs.
