    -3 cups chopped fresh kale
    -1 package soba noodles
    -3 TBSP soy sauce
    -4 tsp sesame oil (the original recipe calls for 3 TBSP but you get the taste of the sesame oil with just 4 tsp)
    -2 garlic cloves, minced
    -1/2 tsp dulse powder (optional)
    -black pepper (a few dashes will do)
    -1/4 cup arame (soaked in warm water for about 15 minutes)
    -1 tsp sesame seeds (you can definitely use more but I just feel like 1 tsp is just fine for me)
    -1 container of mushrooms, chopped into small pieces
    -3 very small zucchinis, chopped into small pieces


(This recipe always varies in how much it makes-this time it made 7 cups.)

Soak arame in warm water and set aside.

Chop up the zucchini and mushrooms-cook in a skillet and set aside.

Boil water. Add soba noodles once it's boiling. Cook noodles for 4 minutes then add the fresh kale. Cook until noodles are tender.

While noodles are cooking-put sauce together. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, dulse, pepper and sesame seeds into a small bowl and mix well.

After noodles are drained, add the arame, mushrooms and zucchini and the sauce. Mix well.

Makes 1 cup servings.
