Awesome served with homemade spaghetti sauce! Awesome served with homemade spaghetti sauce!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/2 lbs. ground venison
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    2 large eggs
    salt and pepper to taste


Wash hands and mix all ingredients using hands in a large bowl. Make into 12 balls, and place in 9 x 13 baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, uncovering the last 10 minutes. Serve over pasta with red sauce. Leftovers make great sandwiches.

  • YUM! adjusted for 2 lbs of venison=20 big golf ball size. I used shredded parm and added minced garlic and onion, 1/2 c milk to the egg mixture. Baked in oiled stoneware. - 7/7/11
