Introduction

It may sound crazy, but it's YUMMY! It may sound crazy, but it's YUMMY!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Large Vidalia Onion
    Light Butter Substitute (I Can't Bel. It's Not Butter) 4 tbsp
    Salt-To Taste
    Pepper- To Taste

Directions

Take Cleaned onion and cut first into quarters and then cut each quarter in half.
Place in baking dish.
"Dot" Butter over entire onion (little chunks all over)
Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper
Bake until the onion is tender.

FASTER VERSION- Do the same, but put in MICROWAVE SAFE dish and microwave it!
