    2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 bunch of boccoli, seperate into bite size pieces
    1/2 bag of egg noodles
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 cloves of garli (pressed or chopped)
    salt & pepper to taste


Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Heat a large skillet to medium high, add olive oil and chicken. Stir frequently until chicken is cooked (3 to 5 minutes). Add garlic, salt and pepper. Drain Noodles, reserving 1/4 cup of water. Add cooked noodles, water and broccoli to pan, decrease heat to medium low. Stir Fry until water is evaporated (about 3 to 5 minutes). Add the juice of 1 lemon, stir and serve.
