Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    0.2 cup, chopped Walnuts
    3.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Baking Soda
    0.13 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.33 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 cup Flour, white
    2.0 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil
    8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    2 Tbs edible dried lavender buds

Directions

lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine first five dry ingredients. Cut in smart balance with pastry cutter until course crumble stage. Add lavender. Stir in Almond Breeze with fork until moistened. Divide into thirds and pat out into rounds on baking sheet. Top each round with chopped walnuts and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Cut each round into quarters and scoot sections apart from each other. Bake 400 deg for 15-17 mins.
