Ingredients

    Harvestland Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Zucchini, 4 whole
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 40 grams
    Salsa - the fresh market plum tomato mild salsa, 8 tbsp

Directions

Cut zucchini in half length wise and hollow out each half.

Cut onion, mushrooms, and zucchini insides to little pieces.

Place in pan with ground turkey and cook.

Once cooked, mix in salad. Spoon into zucchini halves.

I had too much mixture so I served some mixture on the side.

Put in over 350 degrees until zucchini is cooked to your liking. I did about 20 minutes.
