Ingredients

    Squash, 6 medium
    Shredded monterrey jack cheese, 1.5 cups
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 cup
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
    Eggs, 2 large, beaten
    Rice, 1 cup dry

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions. Then, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
