Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups light colored light beer
    2 Tbsp skim milk
    2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp wheat germ
    1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
    16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir beer and milk in a shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in another bowl.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip in beer mixture; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
