Introduction

Ingredients

    Turkey, 99% FF Honeysuckle Ground Turkey Breast 16 oz
    Cheese, Shur Fine Shredded Cheddar/Jack, 1 cup(thick shred)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large beaten
    Crackers - Premium SALTINE 30 serving
    Hunt's Ketchup, 4 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, .25 cup

Directions

Saute onions in olive oil until clear, not browned. Add broth to onions and let set to cool to room temperature. Add mixture to rest of ingredients except for ketchup. Form into a loaf, spread ketchup on top and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.
