Ingredients


    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces--diced
    * Americas Choice Light Cream Cheese, 1.5 tbsp (or brand of your choices)
    * Italian Salad dressing, 1 tsp
    * Raisins, (I only used 10 or so)
    * Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced

    I know it sounds weird, but make sure you use soft cream cheese. It blends right in. It is creamy like mayo once you blend it in. You barely notice the difference and it is much better for you. I used a light cream cheese that is 60 calories/2 T. That is about a third of the calories of mayo and one fifth the fat. Not bad! Make sure you chop/shred/dice the chicken. There is probably enough here for more than one serving, but I just made it one.
