    1 cup raw sugar
    1 Cup fresh espresso
    3 cups organic half and half
    1 TBSP Vanilla extract


Mix sugar and freshly brewed espresso, stir until sugar is disolved. Add half and half and vanilla. Chill, then prepare in ice cream maker.
