Ingredients

    Green Beans (snap), 4 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup boiling water
    Garlic Salt to taste

Directions

Snap and clean green beans. Or you can use frozen. Set aside.

Heat olive oil. Add garlic, onion and green pepper. Saute until tender.

Add green beans, water, basil and garlic salt.

Let cook 20 minutes or until preferred tenderness.
