Ingredients

*Stew Beef about 6 oz
* 2 Beef Bullion cubes (Oxo cubes preferred)
* 2 Cups of water
* 2 Small potatoes
* 1/2 cup of Vegetarian or Plain baked beans
* 1/2 cup of chopped Celery
* 1/2 to a Cup of Brussel Sprouts
* Salt
* Pepper
* Garlic Powder
* Taragon
* Basil
* Bay Leaves
* Chili Powder
Directions
1. Start off buy trimming the fat from your stew beef
2. Cut the beef into manageable bite size chunks and add to the crock pot
3. Take two Bullion cubes (oxo preferred) and dissolve in two cups of water, add to the crock pot
4. Peal and chop the two small potatoes, and add to the crock pot
5. Chop a half cup's worth of celery slices ( usually about one stalk for me) and add to the pot
6. Add a portion ( I do a half cup) of brussel sprouts
7. Measure out a 1/4 to a half cup of vegetarian bake beans ( depending on how much you do or don't like beans) and add those to the pot
8. Add a Dash of chili pepper, taragon, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to the pot and stir
9. Pop in the bay leaf, whole or crumbled, top the pot and place in the cooker on high for One Hour.
10. At the hour mark set to simmer for 30 minutes to an hour and then enjoy!
