Ingredients

    Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 1 tsp
    Dried Oregano, 0.5 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tsp
    Minced Garlic, 2 cloves
    Coarsley Chopped Cucumber - English, 12.5 oz
    Halved Cherry Tomato 2 cups
    Bell Pepper, Yellow Raw, 1 cup
    Minced Onion-Red, Raw, 0.25 cup
    Halved Kalamata Black Olive,chopped, 4 tbsp

Directions

Combine red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, salt, crushed red pepper, and garlic cloves, stirring with a whisk.

Combine English cucumber, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and kalamata olives. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss to coat.
