    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Rosemary, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Agave Nectar Stick, 2 stick (remove)
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp (remove)
    * *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
    * Almonds, .5 cup, sliced (remove)


Heat 1tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper, when oil smokes add chicken to the pan & cook 6 minutes on each side. Remove from pan & cover with foil.
Reduce heat under pan to medium & add another tbsp of oil. Add garlic & rosemary to pan & cook 2-3 minutes. Addy honey, stir in Dijon & lemon juice. Add chicken back to pan & coat on all sides. Turn off heat.

Toast almonds and top chicken.
Serve with Rice Pilaf
