    1.5 large summer squash, sliced
    2 cups chopped raw onions
    2 cups chopped raw tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp olive oil


Press garlic and saute in olive oil over medium heat until soft. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add squash and saute until softened, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and saute. Cover pan and allow vegetables to steam, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. When squash is cooked, remove from heat and serve.
