    6 eggs
    6 slices turkey bacon
    1/2 c. fresh asparagus, steamed and chopped
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 slices 12 grain bread


Cook bacon. Steam asparagus. Chop both.

Scramble eggs in bowl, add milk and other ingredients except cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tear up bread and place in bottom of 8x8 pan. Pour egg mixture over bread. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.

Cool 5 mins, slice and serve.
