    119 Gram Zucchini
    144 Gram Green/Red Peppers
    109 Gram Onions
    123 Gram Potato
    1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
    1/8 Cup Olive Oil


Slice or cube all veggies & put in large bowl. Pour oil and seasoning over and mix until all pieces are coated. Pour on grill pan with holes & put on grill and grill until tender.
