    3 Tbsp Cornstarch
    1/3 Cup plus 2 Tbsp Sugar
    1/4 Cup Cocoa
    Pinch of Salt
    2 Cups Unsweetened Soymilk
    1-1/4 Cups Chocolate Silken Nasoya Silken Creations Tofu
    1 tsp Vanilla


Mix 3 Tbsp Cornstarch in 2 Tbsp Cold Water to disolve.

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa & Salt. Over Medium low heat, add milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Before it boils, stir in Silken Tofu and stir until mixed. Add cornstarch and stir constantly until pudding begins to thicken. When pudding gets consistency you want, pour into serving dish to cool. Can cover with plastic wrap to avoid film from developing.

Chill for at least 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
