    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup applesauce (natural/no sugar added)
    1 1/4 cup soy milk
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon baking power
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 packets stevia in the raw
    1/2 teaspoon salt


heat cooking sprayed cast iron skillet/griddle on low heat
mix soymilk and vinegar together and let sit for 5 minutes
add dry ingredients together and mix
introduce the wet ingredients while mixing untill batter has formed.
laddle mix onto skillet/griddle to form medium sized pancakes
makes 8 medium pancakes (serving = 1 pancake)
