    1/2 Banana, fresh,
    1/4 C. Blueberries, fresh
    3 Sweet Cherries
    1/4 C. Pineapple, fresh
    6 0z Yogurt, plain, low fat
    1 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal (ground)
    1 TB. Wheat bran, crude
    1 serving Varsity protein powder
    1/2 cup flavored water, (Propel prefered)
    1/4 C. soy milk, light


Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
