Ingredients

    Baby Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, .25 cup (remove)
    *pinenuts, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, .25 cup (remove)
    Salad Dressing - French Tomato Organic Seeds of Change, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sushi Nori, Raw Untoasted, 1 sheet, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Cut up into or use Matchstick carrots.. place the veggie ingredients in a line in the middle of the sheet. Drizzle with your favority Tomato Basil type dressing or similar. Roll the nori sheet into a log and then cut into pinwheels
