Ingredients

    * 1/2 cup Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    * Minced Garlic, 1 tsp
    * 1/2 cup Red onion, sliced
    * 1 can Black Beans
    * 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
    * 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    * 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
    * 1 tsp Hot Paprika
    * 1 tsp Cumin
    * 1/2 can Sweet Corn

Directions

1. Heat chicken broth in medium-high skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until just beginning to soften. About 5 minutes.
2. Add black beans, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and continue to cook on Medium heat for another 3-5 minutes until beans soften slightly.
3. Add 1/2 the can of corn and the remaining spices and stir. Allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes until all flavors combine.

Makes about 1 cup per serving.
