No eggs, just add, mix, cook and serve hot! No eggs, just add, mix, cook and serve hot!
Number of Servings: 8


    - 1 1/4 cups flour
    - 1 1/4 cups desiccated coconut
    - 3/4 cups sugar
    - 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
    Milk to mix.


Mix all dry ingredients, then add enough milk to make a thin(ish) cake-type batter. Pour into a sprayed loaf tin, and bake on a moderate heat for 60 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
