    8 egg whites
    1 C dry oatmeal
    1/2 C non-fat cottage cheese
    2 t vanilla


Place all ingredients in blender and blend a few minutes. Let stand 2 or 3 minutes to thicken. Pour onto hot sprayed griddle.
Turn when edges are dry. Keep in warm oven while cooking the rest. Makes about 9 3 1/3 inch pancakes. 3 per serving.
