    l lb Split peas
    6 C Chicken Broth
    6 cloves of garlic
    3 carrots chopped
    1 med. onion chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    Pinch of Thyme
    1 T Buttear
    3 stalks celery sliced


Place in crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove bay leaf and serve.
