    2 cups great value 100% whole grain old fashioned oats

    8 T smart balance light buttery spread with flax oil

    5t splenda brown sugar blend


30 - 1 T servings...

-measure out the butter, and microwave to melt the butter.
-in a small bowl, place the oats and butter and sugar and mix til well coated.
-place on a baking sheet in a thin layer and bake @ 350 about 15-20 mins or until light n cripsy.
-remove and let cool before using...

enjoy! I use this to make parfaits, my fiance likes to just eat it by the handful! lol Its good on ice cream, too but i like to keep it in its own dish until ready to use to keep it crunchy.
