Ingredients



    * *Boca Crumbles, entire bag
    * Onions, raw, .5 medium grated
    * *Panko (plain) 4C Bread Crumbs, .4 cup
    * Carrots, raw, 1 medium grated
    * Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 1 cup
    * *EnerG Egg Replacer, 1.5 tsp + 2 T water
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Vegan Parmesan, Galaxy, 2 tablespoon

Directions

- Preheat oven 400 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together except for 1/3 c of ketchup (pre-whip the egg replacer together)
- Place mixture into oil sprayed loaf pan
- Bake for 30 minutes, remove and cover with remaining ketchup and bake another 10-15 minutes.
- Let stand about 10 minutes so it doesn't fall apart.
