    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1tsp sambal bajak
    500g fresh king prawns
    1tbsp soy sauce
    2tbsp oyster sauce
    2 hot chillies finely chopped (optional)
    1 bunch cilantro
    lemon juice (1 lemon)
    1tsp sesame oil


Heat oil in a wok or heavy based frying pan until smoking, Add paste and cook until oily.
Add sauces, cook for a few seconds, than add prawns. Cook until just opaque Finish off with sesame oil, cilantro and lemon juice

NOTE: All cooking must be done on very high heat to prevent food from stewing.
