    2 large baking potatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 tbsp parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste


Serves 4

Preheat plank to 350 degrees.

Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick, and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle with cheese. Roast for 45 minutes until potatoes are golden brown.
