My husband doesn't care for peppers so I doubled the onions. Neither of us care for tortillas so I served it with fat free refried beans and spanish rice and salad. Very filling. - 10/20/10

I put this in a whole wheat 94% fat free tortilla and topped with fresh tomato, spinach and homemade salsa. It does not take much filling but it's hard to get your mouth around it! - 9/29/10

    Very Good
I didn't have the McCormick seasoning mix so I used Mrs. Dash chipotle-southwest mix, it did the job! My BF said it could use a bit more flavor but after eating it in a wheat tortilla with guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and cheese he said we don't ever have to eat out again! Success! - 12/6/10
