    Cut the yellow summer squash in half lengthwise and carefully scrape out the seeds, leaving a bowl. Finely dice the mushrooms and onions and mince the garlic. Add the bread crumbs, olive oil and lemon juice, along with salt and pepper to taste. Toss in the feta cheese. Spoon filling into squash. Wrap each squash half in aluminum foil.


Grill over indirect heat for about 30 - 40 minutes, or until squash is tender. You can also do these in the oven. If baking in the oven, I would place them on a baking sheet and tent with foil.
